Processing Time
• Please remember, shipping time does not include processing time!

• The time it takes to fill an order varies between 1-14 business days (Monday-Friday). After we ship the package, it is in the hands of Royal Mail and UPS who will be delivering your item at the shipping rate you selected.

Shipping
• We cannot 100% guarantee any specific delivery dates. 

• The customer is responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

• If you need to change your shipping address, please reach out within 24 hours of purchasing. We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, processing begins immediately and we may not be able to cancel your order if it's already been packed.

• If your order gets redirected back to us due to an inaccurate shipping address, please contact us at  yourcreativecosmos@outlook.com. The customer will be responsible for any reshipment fees.
• Without Route Package Protection, items marked “delivered” by the postal service are considered delivered for the purposes of refunds and cancellations.  
Customs and Import Taxes
• The customer is responsible for all customs fees and import taxes. These fees are calculated automatically at checkout. 

Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations
• At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

• We can only make changes within 24 hours of purchase – this includes order cancellations and address changes. We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, processing begins immediately and we may not be able to cancel your order if it's already been packed.

• We cannot combine separate orders.

• Please reach out to us within 60 days to resolve any issues with your order. We will not be able to assist you outside this window
